Bus routes to Wood Green (Piccadilly line) and easy access to M25, M1 and A406. Quiet residential St with x2 gyms, supermarkets (Sainsburys and Morrisons), restaurants, bars and cafes minutes away. Broomfield Park a 10 min walk away. Would suit a professional of either sex or orientation who would enjoy own space and privacy. We have a weekly cleaner and the room has own study area, is tastefully furnished with plenty of storage space which can be used over weekend. Would have sole use of the room.
