Top floor large double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC. Plenty of room for a large desk. The other two housemates have been there several years and consider it their long-term home. We are looking for a third housemate who wants the same.

£1500 per month for the first three months. As a loyalty bonus for long stayers, the rent will then reduce to £1450 for the next three months then £1400 for the next three months then £1350 thereafter.
The house is set over 3 floors and each floor has its own bedroom with exclusive use/ensuite bathroom plus an additional downstairs WC. Great views from the top floor.

Huge kitchen diner and living room with induction hob, built-in microwave and separate oven, dishwasher, large integrated fridge and separate freezer, plus separate washing machine and tumble dryer in an adjacent utility cupboard.

There is a private garden and the house is one minute's walk from Chestnuts Park.

All bills including electricity, gas, water, council tax and WiFi are included. We also provide a cleaner.

Good transport links:
Three minutes away from buses: 67, 341, 41 and 230
Stations: Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly), Seven Sisters (Victoria and Overground) and Haringey Green Lanes (Overground)

5 minutes walk from a weekly farmers market on West Green Road. Nearby to the lively shopping area of Green Lanes and close to Islington, Crouch End, Finsbury Park and Stoke Newington.
