We have a double bedroom available from the start of September potential to move in earlier. Our current housemate is moving away so we are hoping to fill one of the rooms with someone who will fit in just as well.

There are 4 Double bedrooms but we keep the smallest room as a spare room for any visitors and storage. The room available is a double loft room with double bed, 2 large chests of drawers and 3 built in storage in the room and landing. The extra landing is a bonus so lots of space !

Landlord recently renovated the shared bathroom large double shower and plenty of storage.

We are a 5 minute walk from Seven Sisters underground (Night Tube) and overground station. 3 stops to Kings Cross and 20 minutes to Oxford street or Liverpool Street.
We have a good landlord having lived here for 6 year or so now.

We are 2 females working within Retail Head offices (Beauty/ Fashion) . We work 9/5 very chilled and we like to keep a calm, tidy and clean home. We are social but we but equally like our own space and we make a effort to keep the house homely.
