The rooms is a furnished double; we can easily negotiate around furniture being removed from the room to suit your needs…

Please note that THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We love to socialise over food and wine but also PRIORITISE REST: the area is NOT short of parties if you did want a boogie.

Included in the rent, is a kitty, a weekly cleaner, WIFI and all bills.
Vegans and meat-eaters alike are welcome!
The move-in date is ASAP and £123 is required to secure the room with the deposit and rent payable prior to moving in.

Within a 5-minute walk there is a lovely local park connected to the canal, shops, a retail park, and great transport links. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale stations (Victoria Line, Overground, and trains to Stratford, Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and Stansted Airport) are within 10 minutes walking distance.
