FROM 3 September to 8 September ONLY, we have a sublet available in a gorgeous warehouse in Fountayne Road, N15.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NOT ACCEPT PETS due to current housemates’ allergies.
ABOUT US:
You will be sharing with 6 people who are sharing, caring and generally creative, contributing towards a fun, friendly, caring and compassionate “family” vibe.
Amongst us are DJs, a dancer, visual artists and a theatre professional and we are all passionate about good food and good music!
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a:
- COMMUNICATIVE
- emotionally-mature

LGBTQIA-friendly
….individual with a happy sense of joie de vivre and enthusiasm towards being an active part of the household.
The ideal housemate will be between 23 and 73 years of age, clean, conscientious and, importantly, well-practiced in the art of SHARING YOUR FEELINGS IN A KIND WAY and COMPROMISING WITH OTHERS!!!
If you can say yes to the above plus you're one to clean up after yourself, put the bin out without thinking twice, do a 2-minute declutter because it needs doing, we WILL certainly prioritise you!
ABOUT THE ROOM:
The rooms is a furnished double; we can easily negotiate around furniture being removed from the room to suit your needs…
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The vision is a creative powerhouse with a supportive, communal vibe where Anyone that needs space for their creative pursuits can thrive personally, communally and in their pursuits. Artists, Makers, Musicians, Dancers, Circus Performers, Yogis, Foodies, Fitness/Health Fiends... join us, noting that THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We love to chat, eat and have beers and the area is NOT short of parties if you did want a boogie.
…and there’s a projector for movie nights.
Included in the subket fee, is a kitty, a weekly cleaner, WIFI and all bills.
Vegans and meat-eaters alike are welcome!
The move-in date is 2nd or 3rd September , and £45 is required to secure the room with the balance of 100 payable on the move in date. …

Within a 5-minute walk there is a lovely local park connected to the canal, shops, a retail park, and great transport links. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale stations (Victoria Line, Overground, and trains to Stratford, Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and Stansted Airport) are within 10 minutes walking distance.
