we are looking for a new housemate to join us in a converted warehouse in Tottenham Hale.
The room is spacious, with high ceilings and a double mezzanine bed (mattress not included), with room for a side table, tv etc
The room has a nice private vibe, with good access to air flow from the front windows.
it is furnished with two IKEA Pax wardrobes, a desk and a sofa bed
The warehouse features a spacious and airy kitchen-living space with a skylight ceiling: plants & natural light - also v cosy in the rain. 🌱
the flat is well-heated, warm and cosy during winter, cool in the summer
The hall has space to hang your bike if you have one, and there is off-street parking available. Our front door opens out onto a private courtyard accessed by a security gate.
not a party house - we like to prioritise and maintain a peaceful, chill and clean space!
everyone is very friendly with varied routines and schedules 🌿
we also live with two gorgeous and very kind cats!

In the centre of natural and green spaces such as Markfield Park, Springfield Park, 5 mins from River Lea Canal walkway, Walthamstow Wetlands
5 min walk from the Tottenham Hale Retail Park - Lidl, Boots, Pret, Greggs + more. The retail park is also 2 mins from Tottenham Hale station which is in front of a TheGym, Asda Express and Tesco Express. Really nice local coffee shops, organic shops and deli’s.
The area is very well connected by train with the Tottenham Hale tube station 5 mins away.
(Victoria line, Overground, as well as National Rail services direct to Stansted Airport & Liverpool Street)
Buses from Seven Sisters station (7 min walk) with direct routes to Shoreditch, London Bridge, Dalston, Stoke Newington, etc. + the new Seven Sisters market.
