The room is spacious, high ceilings and a mezzanine with a double mattress (included), with room for a side table, tv etc

Furnished with two IKEA Pax wardrobes with drawers, a desk and a sofa bed

The warehouse features a spacious and airy kitchen-living space with a skylight ceiling: plants & natural light - also v cosy in the rain. 🌱

The hall has space to hang your bike if you have one, and there is off-street parking available. Our front door opens out onto a private courtyard accessed by a security gate.

Bathroom is shared (no issues with queues! well maintained and clean) and you will have your own cabinet for toiletries 🧼

not a party house - we like to maintain a peaceful, chill and clean environment 🌿

we also live with two gorgeous and very kind cats!
