We are looking for a new housemate to join us in a converted warehouse in Tottenham Hale.
The room is spacious, it has a high ceiling and a mezzanine with a double mattress (included) plus room for a side table, etc. Furnished with two IKEA Pax wardrobes with drawers, a desk and a sofa bed
The warehouse features a spacious and airy kitchen-living room with a skylight ceiling: full of plants natural light - also super cosy in the rain. 🌱
The hall has space to hang your bike if you have one, and there is off-street parking available. Our front door opens out onto a private alley accessed by a security gate. Bathroom is shared and you will have your own cabinet for toiletries 🧼
Your flatmates will be four young professionals, not a party house - we like to maintain a peaceful and clean environment 🌿
We also live with two gorgeous and very kind cats!

Fountayne Road is a real up-and-coming area with a community feel. 5 mins away, there’s a stunning park with the lovely River Lea canal walkway - it goes all the way to Hackney and Walthamstow Wetlands.
Another 5 min walk and you’ll find the Tottenham Hale Retail Park with a Lidl, Boots, Iceland, Pret, Greggs + more. The retail park is also 2 mins from Tottenham Hale station which is in front of a TheGym, Asda Express and Tesco Express
The area is very well connected by train with the Victoria line (night tube!), Overground, as well as National Rail services direct to Stansted Airport & Liverpool Street (10 min).
Also buses from Seven Sisters station (7 min walk) with direct routes to Shoreditch, London Bridge, Dalston, Stoke Newington, etc.
The rent is £870 per month - all bills, a cleaner and fast broadband included.
