Large House close to Tottenham Hale Station

We are a group of friendly working professionals aged between 23 - 27 (1 girl and 1 guy) living in Tottenham Hale and are looking for three additional people in early November to join our house! We would love for someone to be a friend as well as a housemate, but equally are very respectful of personal time! :)

The property is a classic London townhouse, just a 5 minute walk to Tottenham Hale tube station (20 mins door-to-door to get to Oxford Circus). There is a great retail park just down the road with Lidl, Iceland, Costa, Pret, TKMaxx, etc, as well as several gyms in walking distance and a large Tesco.

For the house itself, there is a shared living room, spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer), 2 bathrooms, and a nice garden/patio area. We also have a large attic which we use for storage and has been used for hobbies such as playing the violin, painting and sewing in the past. We have the option for parking permits too - £80 for the year.

We have two large rooms available for £875 a month and one slightly smaller room available for £750, not including bills.

All rooms come with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The two bigger rooms have a desk while the smaller one doesn’t.

Unfortunately we cannot have students, this is a landlord requirement.
