Small room. Beautiful garden flat

Small single room in a Victorian maisonette. Lovely features and plenty of space.. Decent sized kitchen diner, a bright airy living room, and although the bedroom itself is cute and compact, it has a high ceiling and plenty of light. There is limited storage so would suit someone with minimal belongings.

Located on the border of Hackney and South Tottenham. Walking distance to Manor House and Seven sisters tubes (Victoria and Piccadilly lines) Finsbury Park is 5 min bus journey. bus stop 1 min away. Well connected to pretty much anywhere in central London.

Council tax included. Gas, elec, broadband and water to pay. Bills generally come in relatively low.

I am a young at heart 55 year old. I have frequently shared with people of all ages. I am a busy mental health professional and am also studying so am often out and about. I have an allotment around the corner where I you can often find me pottering. I'd like to share with someone who is happy to create a homely shared environment, but is independent enough to enjoy the opportunity for space in the flat on their own. I don't mind how introvert or extrovert the person i share with is, but a good communicator is essential.

You would also be sharing with two very sweet cats, so if you're not a fan this isn't the best place for you! It is essential that you like them. They know if you don't!! I have a regular cat sitter and have no expectations on lodgers, though if you were willing to bring them in on occasion when you happen to be there it would be gratefully received.

Mainly veggie and very veggie friendly, but happy for you to eat what you choose. I am clean and tidy, though not obsessively so. I aim to keep my home as sustainable as possible, so you would need to be willing to help out with this aim - i. e. Not suitable for those who like to regularly bleach the surfaces, or like to do a wash for four pairs of knickers and a hankie!

I think I'm generally pretty flexible and like you to make my house your home
