We have a double room available in our friendly Dalston house share from mid-June as sadly one of our lovely housemates is moving out. We’re looking to set up viewings as soon as possible and would love to hear from you if you think you’d be a good fit.
About the room:
- Fully furnished good sized double room on the ground floor, with a comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. The room really catches the sunlight too!
- Rent is £915 per month
About the House:
- Spacious and bright 4-bedroom home in Dalston
- Shared spaces include a separate lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a sunny backyard that’s perfect for BBQs in summer
- Location: 5-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland, 10 minutes to Dalston Junction, and 20 minutes to Highbury & Islington
- Close to great bars, shops, restaurants, Clissold Park, and Newington Green
Costs:
- Bills: Approx. £125 per month (covers TV, broadband, insurance, utilities, and council tax)
- Deposit: £875 (no agency fees)
About us:
We’re Emma, Laura, and Beth - three sociable and easy-going girls aged 30-37. We love theatre, festivals (especially Glastonbury!), gigs, nights out, cozy movie nights in, wine, exhibitions, and exploring the city. Occasionally, we dog-sit, so you might even get to meet a cute puppy now and then!
Who we’re looking for:
We’re hoping to find someone aged 29-40 who’s friendly, sociable, and up for being part of the house (while also doing their own thing too) rather than just renting a room. Ideally, you’ll have similar interests and enjoy the occasional catch-up over dinner or drinks.
Practical bits:
- Full-time permanent employment (needed for referencing)
- Landlord reference required
- Sorry, no pets, students, or couples
