The rest of the flat is also very bright and spacious (1000 ft²) with a lovely eat-in kitchen with a good sized fridge. A very large, cosy lounge (also 250 ft²) with a large TV.

📍THE LOCATION:
Dalston / Stoke Newington border with a slew of cafes, restaurants and bars all around. Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction stations within a 12-15 mins walk (brings you to Shoreditch in 10 mins or Oxford Circus in 30 mins); Hackney Central and Hackney Downs are within 15 min walk. Three bus routes at the end of the road (243, 76, 149) to the West End, Waterloo or London Bridge in 35-45 mins and northbound buses to Tottenham, Edmonton and Wood Green (all under 30 mins). 5 min walk to Hackney Downs and 15 mins walk to Clissold Park.

A young-spirited 49 y/o female who works full time from home in digital design. An extrovert who loves a good chat but also enjoys alone time and will respect yours. As a former DJ, my club days are well and truly over so I enjoy a chill, peaceful home. Keeping the flat clean is also big for me - e. g. no outside shoes in the flat, no dishes piling in the sink, general cleaning up after self, etc.
