Small single room in large flat.

Please note room for over 45's. The room is small but in a large flat with garden. Not a designer flat, but a creative space with lots of art. Two cats resident, both friendly.

As an artist I have a studio locally but sometimes I work in the living room, its a victorian flat so its a large room with high ceilings.
Creative people preferrred but any occupation is fine. Left leaning, environmentally conscious, academic/creative/musical (theres a piano, guitar etc) would work well.

A few photos need updating as things in living room a bit different but you get the idea.
