The property is also just an 8-minute walk from Bruce Grove Overground Station, with trains to Liverpool Street (the trains take approximately 20 minutes to reach Liverpool Street), and is conveniently close to Northumberland Park Station, from which you can reach Stratford and Westfield Shopping Centre in 15 minutes by train. Wood Green shopping centre is a 10-minute away by bus.

Within walking distance, you’ll find grocery shops, cafés, small parks, and a 24-hour gym. The River Lea is also nearby, perfect for a peaceful walk. The Tottenham Hotspur stadium is an 8-minute walk away.

This is a very clean home, so please tidy up after yourself. Cleaning of the common areas is shared on a weekly rotation. No smoking, heavy drinking, or overnight guests are allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum, be considerate of the space, and in general be respectful and use common sense.
