The large and airy room comprises the entire top floor loft conversion of a terraced house with ensuite bathroom.

Alongside a super kingsized bed, there is a sofa, wall mounted TV and ample space for a small bar fridge, toaster and kettle should you wish to prepare a simple breakfast in your own space.

The room sits within a harmonious family home that I share with my 16 year old son. The shared living space comprises a family kitchen, dining room and large garden. Our house is situated on a quiet street in a family orientated residential area close to schools and several parks.

We are a friendly and sociable family but ideally looking for someone who is largely focussed on work in London during the week and therefore looking to be quite self contained while sharing our house.

We have two friendly cats but they would not have access to your room if the door is kept closed.
