Hey,
I've got a bright double room available in my penthouse in Tottenham Hale starting November 2025.
It is a short let (with possibility to be extended).
Hopefully this suits people who want a relaxed space while looking for a longer term place.

What you'll get:
• Spacious and sunny: A double bedroom with plenty of natural light in a newly decorated apartment. Standard double-bed, double-sided mirrored wardrobe, and a wooden shelf for your books or plants.
• Convenient location: Just a short walk from Tottenham Hale station, with easy access to central London, Hackney, and beyond.
• Peaceful surroundings: Enjoy canal walks, bike rides, and nature at nearby Tottenham Marshes.
• Modern amenities: Local shops, cafes, and a retail park are within walking distance.
• Shared spaces: Access to the main toilet (only yours - as I have my own), kitchen, living room, and the fantastic terrace.
• Shared spaces: it's a 3bed flat at double sharing (just me and you), so we have plenty of space to enjoy. There is a third room which is used as a Studio and can be shared between me and you.
I normally work from home Mon, Tue & Fri - all the rest of the weekdays you normally have the flat for yourself.

It’s a penthouse so we have a wonderful terrace surrounding the living room which allows plenty of beautiful light (when London weather allows!)

Rent and bills included:
• £1380 per month: Covers council tax, bills, broadband.
• cleaner comes in twice a month (at our preference), billed separately.
• Minimum contract: 6 months, with the possibility of extension if things are going well - as looking for a permanent flatmate.
• Deposit: £700.

• Ideal tenant: Someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the shared living space.
• Quiet evenings: We prefer someone with a full-time job that allows for peaceful evenings.
• Minimal belongings: Due to limited storage, the room will be your primary space.

About me:
I'm a 33-year-old Italian girl who loves living in London (moved here 10years ago!).
I work as a jewellery designer and enjoy art, cooking, traveling, and music/records. I'm friendly and laid-back, but I do appreciate quiet evenings after work.
I’m super chilled and looking for an equally chilled, and very clean/tidy person that doesn’t mind hanging out when they feel like it.

Area surrounded by canal and marshes for long walks and bike rides

The area is very residential, away from the noise and surrounded by nature.
At the back of the building, there is a canal that goes to Hackney Wick, and Tottenham Marshes which are amazing for running, cycling, or picnics.
Downstairs there is an Italian independent grocery/coffee shop that functions as a cafe during the day and as a wine bar on weekends - wonderful wine & food selection and yummy breakfast. 
Tesco Express and an Asda are 3 min walking from the flat, and at 5 min walk you have Tottenham Hale retail park (LIDL, Boots, TK max, Currys, B&Q)...
