Hi there,

We are live in owners of a large 4 bedroom house and are looking for someone easy going who we can share our house with, alongside another couple who have been here for the past year.

The room is a large double and is £650pcm including bills.

We have a spacious garden, large kitchen and a large lounge/dining room.

We are a short 5min walk away from Turnpike Lane tube station (5 stops from King's Cross), on a nice quiet road with a park directly opposite, and two more parks just around the corner.

The room is freshly painted and is available furnished or part furnished depending on your circumstances.

All bills included (council tax, Wifi, utilities), and we get a cleaner in fortnightly too.
