I have a huge house in Tottenham with a very large garden. I am looking to rent 2 large double rooms, each with an additional study/office you will have exclusive use of, so ideal for someone working from home. There are two shared bathrooms, a sunny and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area and a large garden.

The house is 2 minutes from Northumberland Park Rail Station and opposite the bus depot, which provide easy access to Tottenham Hale (3 minutes on the train or a 15 minute walk!) and Seven Sisters, Walthamstow...etc on the Victoria line.

The Lea Valley marshes are also a 5 minute walk away, leadiing to Clapton and the new Walthamstow Wetlands centre. There are a couple of cute little riverside cafes on the way.

The high road and White Hart Lane Station are a 10 minute walk away and a 5 minute bus ride to Tottenham Hale retail park, Beavertown Brewery, Stronghold (climbing wall), old and new bars and pubs, Five Miles, Beehive, T chances etc.

A large Sainsburys, a large Tesco and Ikea are also in walking distance.
