Room in North Ldn - N19

Looking for a girl to join our 3 bed/1 bath flat in N19 from 7th Jan (can be slighty flexible) as our housemate is sadly moving to Canada for a new job.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, bookcase, chest of drawers and it also has a walk-in wardrobe. The flat is split level with a spacious kitchen, separate living/dining room and a balcony.

15 min walk to Archway (Northern line), 20 min to Finsbury Park (Victoria&Piccadilly line), 10 min to Crouch Hill overground and we have a bus route from our doorstep into Central London. It’s a 5 min walk into Crouch End where there’s a good selection of supermarkets, pubs, independent restaurants/cafes etc. There is SO much on offer around us, we absolutely love living here!

Rent is £1000 + bills (~£165) and the deposit is £1431. We’re looking for someone who’d like to stay for at least 9 months.

You’ll be sharing with myself (26) and Georgia (25) - we’re from the same hometown and have been friends for a while. We both work in corporate and do 2 WFH, 3 office days per week - ideally we’d find someone with a similar work pattern. We’re looking for girl mid-late twenties who’s tidy, respectful and that we genuinely get along with. We’re both super social - enjoy a drink and going out, hosting etc but also love a night in with a takeaway and are big into our TV and films.
