Spacious room in garden flat

Hi - Ideally I'm looking for someone who needs less than 7 days a week although I could also consider a full time let of a few months. I can't guarantee more than a few months as I have the flat on sale though it's not sold yet. Also note that there are 2 cats here. For partial week, rent is negotiable depending on how many nights you need.

The flat is in a great location close to both East Finchley and Highgate, approx 30 from central London, and within walking distance of green spaces like Highgate Woods and Kenwood. Being on the ground floor, there's direct access to a patio area and large communal gardens. You'd also have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bills included. The bathroom is shared but have no fear - I'm not a bathroom hogger:)

I come from an arts background, enjoy conversation and speak English, French and Spanish. I'm largely veggie/ fishetarian so prefer not a lot of meat to be cooked here, especially of the fast food type. Feel free to contact and we can start with a phone call and then visit.
