We have a double room available in our lovely Victorian house, just 3 minutes from the tube and the High Road. The room has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. You'll share a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and garden.

Rent is £850 pcm and covers gas, electricity, water and council tax, so there are no extra bills to split.

The housemates
We’re a friendly mixed house of men and women in our mid-20s to mid-30s, working in a range of professional, office-based and hospitality jobs. We keep the house clean and tidy, we look after the shared spaces, and we get along well.

Location and transport
We're minutes from Wood Green Shopping City, with shops, bars, restaurants, a cinema and gyms. Alexandra Palace, with its events, ice rink and boating lake, is a short walk away.
Wood Green station (Piccadilly line) is under 3 minutes on foot. Alexandra Park station is also within walking distance, with trains to Moorgate and King's Cross, and Highbury & Islington is just 5 stops away. Numerous bus routes serve the area too.
