We’re looking for someone to join our cozy, creative, and queer-friendly home!

The house is shared with three womxn (aged 33-37), all working in creative fields. We’re a welcoming household that values harmony and tidiness. We also speak various languages.

Ideal for animal lovers, as it's also home to a friendly cat and a small old dog.

Available from December 12th, with flexible move-in date from the first of December.

The available bedroom is on the first floor and features:
- Large single bed with bamboo topper.
- Open wardrobe and additional shelving storage in the room.
- Bed side table with three drawers.
- Chest of drawers outside of the room with clothes rack, and storage space behind it.
- Large window to the park, beautiful sunset light.

The house features:
- 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
- Huge kitchen with a folding window wall.
- Spacious living room.
- Large and cute garden.

The location is under a 10-minute walk from Alexandra Palace station (National Rail) and equidistant to Wood Green and Bounds Green underground (Piccadilly, night tube).

It’s ideal for someone who needs a hub to move around London, as it’s so well connected with tube, train and buses. You can get to either Oxford Circus or Dalston in 35 minutes.

We are also 7 minutes walk from Myddleton Road, which has all you can imagine, including amazingly affordable cafes and bars!

Rent: £650 per month
