As this room is located on the ground floor there is also easy access to another toilet room

The current housemates consist of Amanda who is currently a producer and does gigs and sometimes work from home, Hope who is currently a student at theatre school. Ellis does design & print services. We are looking for a quiet but reasonably sociable housemate who also respects other peoples privacy. Sometimes in the house summertime we may have a BBQ in the garden or a drink together on the weekends from time to time.

There is a cleaner that takes care of the communal areas of the house that comes weekly (this is paid £36 monthly)
