Looking for someone to replace my housemate as she's moving to live with friends – you’d be sharing the house with me - I’m 29, work in fashion, absolutely love to cook, am a long-time swiftie and enjoy being a homebody with the occasional wine evening, as much as the weekend walks in Hampstead (which is quite close by).

Looking for someone (possibly 28yo and up) who has a similar lifestyle/interests, and will be as much of a friend as a flatmate! 

Total package and details include;

- Located in North Finchley, Zone 4, on the northern line
- Rent and bills come to £1050 pcm per person (energy bills fluctuate a little sometimes but not by a lot, Council Tax Band D)
- Room includes the bed, 3 IKEA wardrobes, 2 IKEA chest of drawers
- Shared furnished living room with a TV
- Shared bathroom with a shower over the bath
- Newly fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove and oven
- We have a peloton in the house, if you’d like to use it we could discuss splitting the monthly membership as the bike has been paid for

The area is very residential, 35 mins to Central London on the northern line with great bus connections, lots of supermarkets close by and some delicious local restaurants
