Double room, private bath with fab view

Hello!

We are looking to let our spare room on a short-term basis. We will consider mid-week lets at a discounted rate.

THE ROOM
- A nice double bed with simba hybrid mattress (also providing bed linen, duvet, pillow covers etc)
- two good sized cupboards, chest of drawers and side tables for storage
- Own swanky private bathroom with bathtub, adjacent to the room
- Can include desk and chair in the room
- Room is bright on a sunny day as it is south facing

THE FLAT
- South facing, overlooking reservoirs and has stunning views of London skyline
- Bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and usual entertainment amenities (TV with streaming services)
- Well equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and with plenty of gadgets for meal prep (coffee brewer and ginder, sous vide machine, juicer, stand mixer etc). Happy for you to use my kitchenware.
- Furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee/tea
- Lots of plants for zen and fitness equipment for your workout needs (indoor bike trainer, cross trainer)

LOCATION
- Manor House station (Piccadilly line) is a 6 minute walk (0.3 miles)
- Close to Stokey in Hackney (great brunch places, trendy shops)
- Convenient transport links to the City, Central London
- Walking distance to lovely parks and activities (e. g. sailing, climbing centre)

YOUR FLATMATES
- Female, in my mid-30s and have been living in London for the last 11 years. In the last year of my PhD and I work from home.
- Male, also in mid-30s, working in Strategy and Ops. Works from home 2-3 days a week.
- You will also have the company of cats, who live in a world of their own and don't bother anyone.
