Description
Hi there!
If you're looking for a comfortable, high-spec place to call home, I’ve got just the spot.
Without further ado: Your Sunny Sanctuary
- Sleep Soundly: A comfy double bed with a memory foam mattress (I can provide linens if you need them!).
- Storage Aplenty: Two wardrobes and a chest of drawers, so you can properly unpack and make yourself at home.
- Work Space: Includes a small sit/stand desk and chair (not currently photographed, but it's there!).
- Your Own Bathroom: A modern, private bathroom (with a bathtub!) conveniently located right opposite your room.
- Soak up the Sun: It's a bright, south-facing room that opens directly onto the balcony—perfect for letting the sunshine in.
Shared Apartment Perks
- Breathtaking Views: Stunning south-facing views of the reservoirs and the London skyline.
- Outdoor Space: A furnished balcony for relaxing.
- Living Area: Bright and spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, TV, and streaming services.
- Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with the basics (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer) plus some fun extras: coffee brewer & grinder, sous vide machine, stand mixer, and even an ice cream maker!
- The Essentials: High-speed broadband and a washing machine.
The Location
- Connectivity: Just a 6-minute walk (0.3 miles) to Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line). Very easy access to the City & Central London.
- Neighbourhood: Touching distance to Stoke Newington (great for brunch & shopping), green spaces (Wetlands, Parks), and activities (sailing, climbing, gym).
A Bit About Me (and The Furry Friends!)
- I am a male in my mid-30s working in strategy and ops at a corporate. I usually work 3-4 days from the office.
- I share the home with two adorable cats. They're chilled out and keep to themselves mostly, but are great company when you want some feline affection!
My Ideal Flatmate
- Who: I'm primarily looking for singles (any gender welcome!). Couples can be considered for a short let at a slightly higher rent.
- Duration: Whether you need a place for a few weeks or a few months, I'm flexible. However, please note I am not looking for long-term flatmates at this stage.
- Values: Good communication (being open & honest), consideration (respecting each other's privacy and space), and cleanliness are key.
Please get in touch if this sounds like the right fit for you!
