Cosy minimalist apartment on ground floor

Hello, we are Kim and Yulia, we are a couple. I'm a Creative Director and occasional cameraman with a passion for music, photography and travel. Yulia works in hospitality and is studying film production and herbalism. We are looking to share our home with a likeminded creative person. We appreciate simple, functional design and have found that minimalist living works well when sharing space.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a block in the Woodberry Down area. You can walk to Manor House Tube and Finsbury Park in minutes. The bedroom features a double bed with storage, double wardrobe, new fitted carpets and large double-glazed windows. There is a large living room with high-speed broadband, a utility room (which is occasionally used as guest bedroom), a bathroom and additional toilet room, and a cosy kitchen with an Italian gas cooker/oven (which I love to cook on!)
We are sociable but also value our own space. We enjoy good food and drinks, listening to music, sometimes we will have one or two friends round, and occasionally there might be a guest to stay - either a friend of ours or a traveller from the HelpX platform where we have a profile which has enabled us to host people from around the world. The apartment is around 70m2, so it is comfortable for 3 people to share. There is a small communal garden, bike lock up and I have a private parking space with free parking which you could use as I do not have a vehicle.
