Cosy minimalist apartment on ground floor

Hi all! The room currently available at my ground floor apartment has a double bed with storage underneath and a memory foam mattress. The room has a double wardrobe. We are set back from the main road with private parking and a small communal garden.
We have a bathroom with bath and shower, and an additional toilet.
Gas cooker in kitchen. Large living room with dining table.
I currently live with my housemate Elvis, who will be moving out on March 9th. He is a computer programmer who works from home. Super friendly and quiet. I am a 36 year old man with a background in advertising and photography. I am sociable but also respectful of privacy, I love to cook, and I always keep the place tidy. I work from home but I am also out a lot, and I travel most months. My girlfriend Yulia comes to stay sometimes, but usually only max 1 day per week, or I stay at hers.
