Lux Double Bedroom in Creative Ground Fl Apartment

Hello, I'm Kim and I live with my partner Yulia (28) and our friend Saskia (30). I'm going travelling for 3 months in late July and we are looking for a new house mate (female pls) to share with Yulia and Saskia while I'm away. Move in date is flexible.

We are a creative and holistic house and we would like someone like minded to live here.
Yulia works in an organic restaurant and is learning about film production and herbalism. Saskia is a professional musician.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a block in the Woodberry Down area. You can walk to Manor House Tube and Finsbury Park in minutes. The bedroom features a double bed with integrated storage and luxurious 'Vispring' mattress, double wardrobe, overheard double cupboards, new fitted carpets and large double-glazed windows that can open two ways for maximum ventilation. There is a large living room with high-speed broadband, a bathroom and additional toilet room, and a kitchen with up to date appliances.
We are sociable but also value our own space. We enjoy cooking, listening to music, sometimes we will have one or two friends round, and occasionally there might be a guest to stay - the apartment is around 70m2, so it is comfortable for 3 people to share. There is a small communal garden, bike lock up and I have a private parking space with free parking which you could use as I do not have a vehicle.
