Two Double Bedrooms in Minimal Ground Fl. Apt

Hello all! We are Kim and Yulia, a couple looking to share our space.

We are a creative and holistic house and we would like someone like minded to live here. Yulia works in an organic restaurant and is learning about film production and herbalism. Kim is a video Producer.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a very safe gated block in the Woodberry Down area. You can walk to Manor House Tube and Finsbury Park in minutes.

Bedroom - £990 PM (all bills included)

It features solid oak flooring, integrated double wardrobe, gas heating and under-bed storage.

The apartment is 70 square meters. There is wooden flooring and double glazed windows throughout. We have a large living room, there are double glazed windows. It is warm and comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Italian gas cooker, double oven and espresso machine. There is a toilet room and a bathroom (with 2nd toilet). There is a large central table in the living room you can use to study. 

We keep our home clean, tidy and minimal. We are friendly and sociable, but also value privacy.

The apartment belongs to Kim and we love it here! Woodberry Down nature reserve is a 5 minute walk where there is much wildlife inducing many birds and a waterside café. The famous Finsbury Park is also very close. We are very well connected to the whole city - Central London is 20 minutes (max.) on tube, and Thameslink services run from Finsbury Park to Brighton/Cambridge and beyond. 

We have much experience hosting people from all over the world, Kim and Yulia have been guests and hosts on Help Exchange platforms such as HelpX, Workaway and WOOFF (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms). 

We are sociable but also value our own space. We enjoy cooking, listening to music, sometimes we will have one or two friends round, and occasionally there might be a guest to stay. There is a small communal garden, bike lock up and I have a private parking space with free parking which you could use as I do not have a vehicle.

We have a kitten called Miko, so please only apply if you love cats!
