We have a bright, spacious room in a three-bedroom flat, perfectly located in Zone 2 on the Piccadilly line (5 mins walk to Manor house station, just one stop from Finsbury park).

Rent: £1,138 per month and bills come to around £150 per month.

The flat comes with some nice amenities: gym with a sauna, pool, steam room, and jacuzzi - all included in the price. Plus, a free to use large modern Co working lounge for your WFH days!

There’s a Sainsbury’s and Tesco just around the corner and a few nice cafés and restaurants.

The room is a generous sized double bedroom where the bed, wardrobe, small chest of draws, and tv stand are included.

You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person (Sam).

There is a great community like feel in the woodberry down area, surrounded by friendly people, dogs, and reservoirs if you want to take in nature or go for a scenic run, or a cold plunge if you’re brave enough!

You’ll be living with Rana (30F) and Sam (36M), both laid-back, friendly professionals. The vibe is relaxed, and we’re looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, sociable, respects down time, and up for sharing a great space.

Rana works in tech, and Sam works in ecommerce.

During the evenings when we’re in we like to chill, have a chat, play some darts, chess, or watch random tv shows.
