Large double room in Haringey warehouse

Hello friends,

We have a large double room available from the 1st of November in our Haringey warehouse.

ABOUT THE PLACE
The room available is very large and spacious, with a window overlooking the garden and plenty of room for workspace if that suits you. It is a very large room, 22sqm, so a good canvas to make your own. We have included photographs of the room unfurnished to get a feel for the size of the room. Also note, the blue wall has been repainted white.

The warehouse overall is open plan with a large double height living area. A pair of skylights make this a really bright airy space during the day, with copious amounts of natural light. Adjoining the living room there is a large kitchen with plenty of space for us to all cook at once. There is a large bathroom and an extra separate w/c.

We also have a small garden, which, coming from a neglected mess eighteen months ago, we have slowly been transforming into an outdoor space to relax in, and we have big plans for it this coming spring.

ABOUT US
We are a diverse group, and a LGBTQIA+ friendly household. We welcome anyone however allyship is essential, and we especially encourage any global majority folk to get in touch.

We're a friendly, welcoming, easygoing group of six in total, aging between 23-30. An ecologist, geologist, art technician, a metalworker, and someone who works in theatre. Shared meals, film nights and gardening are more our speed than parties, however there are plenty of neighbouring units and a larger social scene right on the doorstep so there's always something going on nearby.

We've all been here for a little while, and are looking for someone searching for a longer term home. We're very fortunate to be able to make of this space what we would like and hope you share that idea too!

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone to share this space with, who wants to enjoy the creative freedom of the warehouses with other like-minded people.

We're looking for someone who wants to get stuck in and make this space truly homely.

We don't have a cleaner, but a weekly rotation for chores to keep our space in shape. It's really important that you are clean and happy to contribute to keeping the house so.

We have a communal kitty into which we pay £10 monthly to pay for cleaning supplies and other bits for the house.

ACCECIBILITY
The room has a set of stairs up to it. The warehouse itself has a step to enter, and there is a step into the lounge and into the kitchen.

NEARBY AREA
We are a fifteen minute walk from seven sisters station for the victoria line

A fifteen minute walk from manor house station for the Piccadilly line

And a ten minute walk from green lanes overground. It's really easy to get about from here.

The warehouses are in a really quiet area near Finsbury park and other green spaces, right close to a huge Sainsbury's and retail park along with all the food you could wish for on green lanes.

OTHER DETAILS
The room is priced at £820 a month excluding bills which will be £80-90 pounds a month.

A deposit of one month's rent is required. The first month's rent must be paid before the move in date.

Smoking is permitted in the garden just not inside.
