Two Rooms in Art Deco Flat by Clissold Park

Two cosy rooms have come up for rent in our 3 bed lovely ground floor art deco flat on the edge of Clissold Park.

Potential for two housemates to move or if you're in need of separate office/creative space, both could be rent to one person. The road is a lovely helpful community with lots of friendly faces. Option to rent bike spaces in communal garages if available, otherwise there are hangars on the road.

One room is a little smaller than the other but does have some built in storage including clothes rails (pics of this room to come!). Both will fit a double bed and drawers as storage.

Flat is unfurnished but the majority of the communal space furniture is mine so storage space available there too, with some cupboards in the flat too. Bills aren't included but split between three they're roughly £130 per month, water is quarterly.

Private gardens out the front and the back, outdoor washing line, next to Clissold Park, stones throw from West Reservoir. 10 mins walk to Manor House tube, 15 to Finsbury Park station, 20 to Stoke Newington or Canonbury Overground stations. Bus links 141/341/106 all very close by.

Current leaving flatmates have given notice which will end on 31/12/26, there may be some flexibility to move in sooner however.

A bit about me: I'm Becky, 34yo working in medical insurance, very involved in netball playing and umpiring so I'm often out doing that in the evenings, but I also like a chilled nice in. Respect peace, quiet and cleanliness, enjoy hanging out but also like to do my own thing.
