Located 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station with Picadilly and Victoria lines into central London. The West End is 10 minutes on the train. It also has overground rail services to Moorgate and Kings Cross and north to Cambridge.

Just 5 minutes walk (towards Finsbury Park) is Stroud Green. It has an array of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Indian, Vegetarian, etc) with a vibrant evening atmosphere. Also a large Tesco.

In the other direction and 10 minutes walk is Crouch End Village, again with lots of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. It has a large Waitrose and Coop and lots of independent artisan shops.

The house has a very large kitchen, dining area and sitting room facing the rear patio garden. It also has a south facing roof garden.
The kitchen has lots of storage, two built-in fridge/freezers, a large Falcon cooker with 5 burners and two ovens. A separete 4 ring electric hob, toaster, microwave, washing machine, separate dryer and a dishwasher.
All bedrooms are large, three are en-suite, the fourth an out-suite. (almost exclusive use). The remaining three bedrooms share the remaining bathroom. Also a ground floor cloakroom (toilet/sink).

All usual bills are included in the rent. This includes Council Tax, Gas and Electric, Water rates, TV licence and Gig1 broadband (Virgin Media's fastest broadband). A large tv is provided and a cleaning service for the common areas once every two weeks.
