I have a spacious split level flat ( first and second floor)

I am a young female (37) single professional from UK. I am friendly and welcoming. I want to open up my home to anyone that needs a room for the short term.
This is very much a home for me and would like to offer a room to someone who needs a room on a temporary basis whilst they are making long term plans. I also have a female cat who enjoys being petted, friendly and house trained.

I work from home up to 3 days a week, so will be prioritising those who work/ study or out during the day.

I am looking for someone who is respectful of my home, who is clean, quiet, trustworthy and friendly who would prefer to socialise with friends outside of the home.

The flat is close to transport links, tube, bus and overground so it will be easy to get to anywhere. There a lots of restaurants, shops and nice parks nearby. The property is situated in a friendly neighbourhood.
