This bright and beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse on the 18th floor offers a modern, professionally designed interior with stunning London skyline views. Located in a residential area right next to Coal Drops Yard and King's Cross, it’s a 15-minute walk (or 8 minutes by bus, stop just downstairs) to six tube lines, two main railway stations (King’s Cross and Euston), and Eurostar access at St Pancras International. Also walking distance from Caledonian Rd & Barnsbury overground. The building has a 24-hour concierge.

The master bedroom has an open closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is can be set up as a bedroom, or, can be used as a home gym and office, complete with a monitor and ergonomic chair. For those who opt to treat this as a two bed, note that the second bedroom is not as big as the first, and also contains a desk and some shelving with personal possessions.

There is a stunning Japanese-inspired balcony garden offering a tranquil space with unbeatable views of London.
