Beautiful large room in penthouse - £935 p/m

Hello!

We have a large double room available for a person or couple in a friendly LGBT household.

The flat is bright, modern, and well insulated, with a large communal living area and a secure bike shed. There’s also a spacious balcony, perfect on sunny days (and occasionally used for yoga!).

Room:
The room is large, warm and very private. It’s set away from the rest of the flat which makes it quiet and ideal for light sleepers. The room gets lots of natural light during the day, beautiful breeze during the summer, and has direct access to the balcony. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two other housemates.

Furniture:
The room was unfurnished when I moved in. The person moving in can purchase the bed for £300 (this is separate from the deposit). This includes:

- EU king-size bed (150cm x 200 cm)
- Memory foam mattress - genuinely one of the most comfortable beds I've ever owned
- Mattress protector & sheets

Location:
We’re near Finsbury Park station which has fast links in and out of town via tube line and National Rail. We're a two minute walk from a Tesco, 8 minutes from a big Morrison’s and 10 minutes from Lidl. There are also lots of local shops, butchers, fishmongers, grocers and Nag’s Head Market nearby.

Costs:
The room is £935 per month excluding bills, which are around £110/month per person (water, electricity, council tax band F, internet, cleaner, etc.). There's an additional fee if you're a couple moving in.

We are looking for someone to move in on 17th Jan (flexible to move in a couple days earlier if needed).

P. S The flat is on one floor accessible via lift so would be wheelchair friendly as long as standard width doors are ok- the balcony however would not be accessible without a ramp being fitted.
