Double En-suite in Finsbury Park

Double en-suite available from 1st March in a 3 bed 3 bath flat.

You’ll be sharing with two females ages 33 & 35.

At the moment, the landlord is living at the flat until May. When she moves out there will be another large double room with private bathroom available. She is very relaxed and on top of anything that needs to be done. All bills included in the £1350 rent and we deal with her directly which is nice!!

The house has a lovely spacious living room with natural light and a separate kitchen dining room. There is a patio with outdoor seating through the living room, which is gorgeous for summer drinks or a morning coffee moment.

We like to keep the house as clean and tidy as possible and the rent includes a bi-weekly cleaner. We respect each other’s space and between us have busy and active lives but enjoy occasionally sharing meals and spending time in the living room. Looking for a housemate who wants a place to call home long term.

I enjoy yoga, pilates, sauna, vegetarian cooking and mooching around markets. There are some great studios nearby, as well as lots of independent cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. Finsbury park is very well connected to central London and generally anywhere you want to go.

First room available 1st March:
Double en-suite, furnished with double bed and wardrobe.

Second room available 1st May:
Double room with separate bathroom on the same floor.
