Looking for a housemate between ages of 28 - 35 years old, to join the gang in our modern flat with living room/kitchen, en-suites & stunning balcony. 10 min walk to Finsbury Park tube & Upper Holloway overground. 🚇

The bedroom is big with lots of storage space and huge bathroom.

You’ll be living with 2 girls, sadly (for us) one is moving in with her boyfriend!

As cliché as it may sound, we really have become great friends and we are sad to be losing someone! Weeknights consists of reality shows in the lounge together, debriefs on our weekends in the kitchen/bedrooms and planning our next weekend outings (such as raves, festivals, bottomless brunches, comedy nights, "wholesome Sundays" and the occasional house party).

We are 30-35 years of age and are all young professionals, with a mix of working from home and office life. 💼

Down to business:

The room is £1,150 a month without bills, paid on the 11th of every month. Bills are ~£150 per month (depending on the season). There also a deposit of £1,100 payable to the previous tenant and £50 for change of name on the contract. 💰

We are looking for someone who is going to be here for a while, respectful, tidy, social, but also realises this is a home.
