Double room available in Finsbury Park

I am looking for someone, preferably a female Christian, to share this beautiful 2-bedroom newly refurbished unfurnished flat with me set on two levels. 

*About the flat*
The flat has lots of natural light and comes with basic amenities (cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer). It has a large living room downstairs, perfect size for hosting friends every now and again, under-stair storage cupboard, and 1 bathroom upstairs with a toilet and bath/shower. The available room is a small double with a built in wardrobe and storage cupboard. There is also a communal terrace accessible to all tenants of the building.

*Local amenities*
The flat is served by several buses within a 2-4min walk, and it is a 12-minute walk via main roads from Finsbury Park station. There are several supermarkets within a 5-10min walk, including Morrisons, Lidl, Iceland and Waitrose. There are also many local coffee shops/cafes, parks, restaurants etc.

*Current household*
You'll be living with Debbie, a 29yo doctor who trains, coaches and competes in a sport called 'Olympic Weightlifting' and is an active member of her Church, serving on the Worship team and previously leading a Bible Study Group. In her spare time, she also enjoys baking, cooking and watching EastEnders, and occasionally plays her violin and piano. She is also trying to get back into reading, which she used to enjoy doing a lot. She is looking for more than just a flatmate, but someone she could genuinely become good friends with. Someone who is clean and respectful of communal spaces, and is open to chats every now and again, but is equally comfortable keeping to themselves
