THE FLAT & LOCATION

The flat is a cosy 3-bedroom on the 12TH FLOOR of a tower block near Warren Street. The location is brilliant for getting around London:
• A short walk to WARREN STREET STATION, at the top of Tottenham Court Road, which takes you straight into Central London.
• Nearby landmarks include EUSTON, KING’S CROSS, REGENT’S PARK, and CAMDEN (easily reached by bus).
• For food shopping, there’s a BIG LIDL, Tesco, Sainsbury’s (2-3 minutes away), and M&S all nearby.

The immediate area is RESIDENTIAL, providing a quiet environment, but there are plenty of businesses very close by. A nearby square features the Meta HQ, Starbucks, Pret, and an Amazon Fresh just off it.

Inside, the flat offers:
• SPACIOUS BEDROOMS with 12TH-FLOOR VIEWS of Euston, King’s Cross, and beyond.
• A WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with a gas cooker/oven, American-style fridge freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of storage.
• No living room, but the kitchen and hallway often serve as shared social spaces. I also have the balcony room, which I may occasionally invite flatmates to use.

The landlady is a nice Ecuadorian woman.
