Description
We’re looking for a young professional girl to join our flatshare in Marylebone, as one of our flatmates is moving out. We’re currently 2 boys and 2 girls, and are looking for someone friendly, sociable and keen to be part of the flat.
We’re ideally looking for someone working in a similar professional environment — such as consulting, investment banking, finance or a related field — as we all work similar hours and have a similar weekday/weekend lifestyle.
We’re a sociable group of young professionals in our mid-20s. We all work long hours during the week but outside of work we enjoy socialising together at the weekends every now and then. We also often have friends round for dinner and enjoy having a sociable flat. We’re looking for a girl around a similar age (24–27) who is friendly, sociable and keen to be part of the flat, with interests outside of work such as running, cooking and going out.
The flat is in a great location in Marylebone, near both Hyde Park and Regent’s Park, with Edgware Road station just a 2-minute walk away.
The room is a spacious double with access to a shared patio. The furniture currently in the room can be included for an extra cost although there is flexibility to remove anything if you’d prefer to bring your own.
The flat has a shared living room, 2 bathrooms and an additional separate toilet.
Rent is £1,087 pcm, with bills including council tax bringing the total to around £1,200 pcm.
