About Us

You'll be living with pals Miranda and Matt, two friendly Kiwis in our early 30s. We enjoy a good balance of spending time together and our own space. Whether it's a pub lunch at the Lord Stanley or a pastry run to Bread By Bike, we're always up for a catch-up while respecting everyone's space. The room could suit one person or a couple.

There is some additional furniture, lighting, plants and useful household equipment available separately from the outgoing tenant.

Bills around £150 pp/pm. The incoming tenant will need to complete the landlord’s referencing process.
