Large double bedroom to let in our beautiful house, to share with myself, a music teacher and my husband who works from home. We also have 2 children, age 2 1/2 and 4 months.

Under 5 minute walk to Dollis Hill tube station (Zone 3) and to the local shops including a green grocers, corner shop and a Brazilian restaurant. Close to Gladstone Park, which is great to run and walk in. The large Sainsbury's in Willesden is a 15 minute walk.

The room is the loft bedroom, a large space with en suite bathroom, built-in cupboard, desk, bed, chest of drawers, tv and mirror. The room is set on its own floor.

You are welcome to use the kitchen/living room space and garden. There is a side access straight into the garden if you have a bicycle. Parking is available in the street with a permit.

All bills including fibre wifi included. There is a Powerline adapter in the room to ensure super fast broadband. We have a cleaner who comes weekly.

We are looking for someone clean and tidy, non-smoking who wants to live in our quiet, tidy, family house.
