We’re Kailene (28) and Perdy (29), a couple living on Wells House Road. Perdy works full-time as an architect in Maida Vale, and Kailene works part-time. We moved into our place in October 2023 and have renovated the bathrooms and kitchen. Outside of work, we’re into hosting get-togethers and going out, but also just love being homebodies.

We’re a 15-minute walk from East Acton (Central line) and Willesden Junction (Bakerloo & London Overground) stations and 20 minutes to North Acton (Central line). We’re looking for easy-going, open-minded, and sociable people, who enjoy a relaxed but clean-home vibe.

Would prefer all girl household. Bills are included and we can be flexible to meet your budget, though short term stays may be more.
