Wells House Road - NW10 

Hey, we moved into our place in 2023 renovating the bathrooms and kitchen. We’re a couple; Kailene (28) and Perdy (29). We’re a 15-minute walk from East Acton (Central line) and Willesden Junction (Bakerloo & London Overground) stations and 20 minutes to North Acton (Central line).

We’re looking for someone easy-going, open-minded, and sociable, enjoys a relaxed but clean home vibe.

Bills are included and the prices are flexible depending on how your budget and how long you’re staying, please note short term stays may be more.

There are 4 bedrooms and we share the 2 bathrooms. There’s On-street parking and a Garden and shed. There’s a Sonos sound system, bbq and air fryer which we love using. There’s 2 ovens, dishwasher and washer/dryer set. The rooms are furnished, yet we can remove items if needed. (All have blackout blinds) the fridge has a large capacity and there’s underfloor heating (ktchn, bthrm).

We like to keep a cleaner once per month (each person pays £16 pcm towards this)
