Hey! We’re Kailene (27) and Perdy (28), a couple living in a cozy home on Wells House Road.

Perdy works full-time as an architect in Maida Vale, and Kailene works part-time while preparing to head back to study. We moved into our place in October 2023 and have since renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms so everything’s fresh and functional.

Outside of work, we’re into hosting get-togethers. We’re especially excited about our latest household additions: a BBQ and an air fryer, a game changer in the house.

We’re a 15minute walk from East Acton and Willesden Junction stations, making commutes pretty easy from the Central or Bakerloo line.

What we’re looking for someone easy-going, open-minded, and sociable. Ideally someone who’s up for the occasional shared meal or drink, and who enjoys a relaxed but respectful home vibe. If we click and become mates, even better.

• All rooms are furnished (but happy to adapt if you have your own stuff)
• We’d love to agree on having a cleaner once/twice a month, depending on how tidy we all keep the place
