Large double room near Dollis Hill station

We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our shared house in Dollis Hill.

The room

The room is a spacious double bedroom at the front of the house on the ground floor. It comes furnished with everything shown in the photos

There is a toilet on the ground floor, just a few steps from the bedroom. The main shared bathroom is on the first floor and is shared between four bedrooms. The loft room has its own private bathroom.

The room is available to move into now.

The house

The house is spread across three floors and has a large shared kitchen and lounge, with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has two fridges, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The lounge has a large TV, and we also have a spacious back garden.

You’ll be sharing with four working professionals: Richard, Jola, Bart and Sylvia. We’re a mixture of British, Polish and French backgrounds and work in public transport, hospitality and property.

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Everyone has their own routine, but we’re always happy to have a chat and want the house to remain a pleasant and comfortable place to live. We also have a cleaner who visits twice a month.

The location

The house is around a 3–5 minute walk from Dollis Hill station on the Jubilee line. Central London is approximately 20 minutes away by Tube, and the Night Tube runs at weekends.

Gladstone Park is only a couple of minutes away and is ideal for walking, running, tennis and other outdoor activities. Local shops are within easy walking distance, with a wider selection around Willesden High Road.

The house is on a quiet residential street, mainly occupied by families.
