A shared bathroom with a bath and power shower, there is also a second W/C on the ground floor, so no queuing for the loo. A spacious and well equipped kitchen/dining room. Nando's McDonalds and Ikea restaurants are just around the corner. With a TV lounge and a patio area in a small garden. We are surrounded by green open spaces with a nature trail, and nearby park with outdoor gym. Tesco Supermarket and Ikea are only a 5 minute walk away. London designer outlet and Brent cross shopping centres are also within easy reach.
We are live in landlords, we are easygoing and looking to let a room to someone who is a sociable, respectful & friendly person who wants somewhere to call home.
We have 2 cats, so you must like cats and be a non-smoker. All bills are included.
