Hi, - Double Brand New Studio with large window at Minster Road, West Hampstead borders / Kilburn , NW2. - (please see bottom paragraph and respond with occupation and income information if to wish to view) -THIS NEW STUDIO HAS RECENTLY BEEN REFURBISHED. Proof of income should be approximately double the rent NET (after tax & insurance) ie (£2,200 + net income per month min is ok).

* * Because of proof of income issues, confirmation of applicants affordability is required before a viewing can be arranged. ie what is your OCCUPATION and MONTHLY INCOME. Do you have last three months payslips to show this if you are working or if you have just started work a contract of employment signed by both parties. If receiving UC/benefits a reference letter from your previous Landlord is required ie: from the accommodation you are now leaving, plus confirmation that your income is as required above ie double the rent NET and also a guarantor from a UK property owner is required. If self employed certified/audited accounts are required to show income is double the rent NET, also a reference letter from your previous Landlord ie the accommodation you are now leaving and also a guarantor from a UK property owner is required.**
