The rent is £1,100pcm. Available now A new tenancy to start within 14 days. This studio is on the ground floor and and has two areas. This large studio is for ONE PERSON ONLY.(couples/families please do not apply). All brand new fully tiled shower and WC with vanity basin. There is a mini kitchen area in the studio with a sink, hot water, under counter fridge/freezer and cupboards. There is also a large new fitted out kitchen with full size cooker, hob etc to be shared with the three other studios. A washing machine and dryer, plus two microwaves and tall fridge freezer will be installed in this kitchen. A Double Bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and table and two chairs will be supplied. New curtains / blinds for the windows are fitted. Landlord pays the council tax and the water rates and the electricity in the shared kitchen. Electric is paid by the tenant for their ensuite studio. Longer term tenants of six months or more are preferred and one month deposit and one month in advance is required to start a tenancy. Also required is proof of income ie letter from employer to confirm position and salary or three months pay slips. If just started new employment then your contract of employment. Proof of income should be approximately double the rent NET (after tax & insurance) ie (£2,200 + net income per month min is ok).

If self employed certified/audited accounts are required to show income is double the rent NET, also a reference letter from your previous Landlord ie the accommodation you are now leaving and also a guarantor from a UK property owner is required.**
