The rooms form a comfortable and fairly self-contained area of the flat and look out towards the roof terrace and surrounding greenery.

You would be sharing the flat with one current flatmate, a Southeast Asian Muslim professional. She is bright, friendly, full of fun and works in the office three to four days a week. She has lived in the flat for 18 months and has proved to be an exceptional, considerate and reliable flatmate.

The flat has recently been redecorated to a high standard. It is light, modern, minimal and uncluttered, with original oak floors and high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout. There is also a newly refurbished kitchen and a lovely roof terrace with a barbecue.

Kilburn Underground Station is approximately a five-minute walk away, providing easy access to central London. The West End can be reached in around 15–20 minutes, with the City approximately 30 minutes away. West Hampstead’s shops, cafés, restaurants and transport links are also within easy reach.

Visitor parking can be arranged for someone who needs to park during the week.

Hampstead Heath is approximately 20 minutes away by bicycle, around 15 minutes by Overground, or about an hour’s walk.
