Hello, I’m looking for a new housemate for our lovely 4 bed house right by Hampstead Heath.
Best bits:
Separate large sitting room.
Newly refurbished bathroom, kitchen and utility room.
Cleaner weekly.
Sunny south facing garden.
Next to Hampstead Heath.
They are great rooms, they have wooden floors and large windows overlooking the garden and are furnished with a new double beds and mattresses, a desk, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe with lots of storage space.
The house is a 2 minute stroll to Gospel Oak overground and a 10 minute walk to Belsize Park or Kentish Town tubes.
The house itself is a 4 bedroom place and is really light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter (We've got a wood burning stove in the front room). It was all completely architect redesigned and totally refurbished recently and so it's still all shiny and new!
There is a large lounge and dining room which opens out onto the south-facing garden, a separate, spacious, well equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
I've lived in the area for the past few years and I really love it. Being a two minute walk from Hampstead Heath is fantastic, especially in summer for the Lido! We've got good transport links, lovely pubs and cafe's and several supermarkets all within a short walk, yet it feels peaceful!
The rent is £1250-£1300 per month, and a bills contribution of £100 which includes everything, ie all utility bills, council tax (band e), broadband, tv, and a cleaner for the communal spaces.
Oh by the way, about the household:
I'm James, it's my house (so that means you can be sure everything works and is taken care of!).
Adam is a physiotherapist and John is a solicitor.
No couples I'm afraid, we’re looking for one person to take each room, friendly, chilled out, tidy, non smoking, professionals.
No work from home people unfortunately, it doesn’t work well for us, we want the house to be a comfy warm quiet home, not an office! So we are only looking for nine to five professional office type bods.
