Clean newly refurbed house with garden + terrace

Single room available for 2/3 nights mid-week for someone living outside London, looking to save their commute and enjoy a clean and comfortable stay during the working week.

ACCOMMODATION
Newly refurbished Victorian terrace with plenty of space - big kitchen-diner, laundry room, separate lounge, garden, terrace etc. The single guest bedroom is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the garden and adjacent to a bathroom (shared with one other mid-week guest who is rarely around and showers at the gym). Noteworthy features in the room include: white bed linen and towels (provided), blackout blinds, dimmable lighting and a brand new mattress.

AMENITIES:
Besides full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room facilities, all the usual mod cons, such as a smart TV with Netflix, a stocked Nespresso machine, etc. All basic kitchen, bathroom and laundry goods are provided. The house is professionally cleaned every Monday by a Housekeeper who refreshes bed linens and towels.

LOCATION
The house is within easy walking distance of central London (I walk to work in the West End/Farringdon every day). The closest tube is Chalk Farm (Northern Line) and the nearby 24 bus runs 24h to the West End.

HOUSEMATES
Just two - Me (Anna, 34) and Sam (41). I have lived in this house for almost 14 years and have hosted mid-week lodgers for over 10 years. I also run an Airbnb studio which is within the top 1% of stays in London - so hopefully that’s a good character reference.

PRICE
£650 per month for 2/3 nights per week, including all bills, all basic kitchen/bathroom/laundry goods, all bed linen/towels, all housekeeping/cleaning. (If preferable, a SpareRoom Licence Agreement can be printed for your peace of mind, as well as lots of lovely references).
