£890/month for 1-2 nights mid-week, regular Airbnb

Double room available in a calm spacious house for 1 or 2 nights mid-week, like a regular Airbnb.

The main bathroom is shared with one other regular guest (a friendly and clean female, 30). Everything is provided and cared for, just like Airbnb - white bed linen and towels, professional cleaning and laundry, basic bathroom goods, basic kitchen goods and access to all the usual modcons (Nespresso machine and SmartTV etc). The house is a four-storey Victorian terrace and the best bits are a lovely kitchen extension, cosy lounge and outdoor seating in the garden and on the terrace. The area is also great - door-to-door, central London is 45m on foot or 30m by tube/bus. Chalk Farm Station is an 8m walk; the nearest bus stop is a 1m walk.

On pricing - this equates to £105/night (on the basis of 2 nights per week). For reference, I run a 5* self-contained Airbnb studio on the G floor of the house priced averagely £150/night which informs my pricing of this double room - that said, very happy to re-evaluate and welcome your input. Hopefully a SuperHost track record on Airbnb is a good measure of quality and hospitality.
