Our kids have gone off to Uni and now there's a spare room to rent (term time only). Clean family house in a safe Zone 2 area with good commutes to central London..

Big bed, bright room, table, armchair, wardrobe, shelves - the room has everything you need for comfort, nights in, and basing yourself in London.

You have access to kitchen, dining room, lounge, fridge, washing machine etc.

House has one lodger already (student). We're looking for someone short term who will leave by December 5th, and who is clean and tidy.
