The building has a 24 hour porter and is modern building - so nice and warm in the winter. It also has a gym and pool in the basement.

Suit mature, responsible lady looking for a clean, tidy and quiet place to live in a great central location with all facilities on door step.

If you are looking for flat mates and socialising then this is not for you.

It would suit a short-term stay 1 to 2 months

All bills included, it is lovely and warm in the winter, constant hot water even when both showers in the flat are being used!

The room has a double bed , desk, and cupboard.

The building is modern secure with underground parking if required and has a gym with pool - membership £40 applies.

It is in a great location with supermarkets, banks, tube near by. It is 2 miles to Marble arch (5 tube stops) , there is an overground station near by connecting to South and North London. It is 3 mins walk from bus stops that goes to West End , Paddington, Camden and Notting Hill / Kensington = all less than 2 miles away. So a really central location.
