I’m looking for a friendly, mature and tidy flatmate to share my flat in Mill Hill East. The flat is a short walk from Mill Hill East station, Co-op, Waitrose and local amenities. Finchley Central is one stop away.

I’m in my late 20s, work as an actor, and like the flat to feel calm, clean and relaxed. I’m friendly, but also value my own space.

I’m looking for someone mature, quiet, tidy and positive, ideally someone who treats the flat as a home. Someone who doesn’t work from home every day would be preferred.

The room is a spacious furnished double, 4.09m x 2.57m, with two west-facing windows and good natural light. It includes a bed with storage, wardrobe, full-length mirror and lamp.

The flat has a newly refurbished kitchen, small eat-in area, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, good shared storage and bathroom storage.

All bills are included: gas, electricity, council tax and water.
