We are looking for a flatmate . Must be tidy and considerate to other flatmates, sociable and outgoing.

The double room is on the 3rd floor. the room is approx 4m X 4.5m .
There is a double bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, drawers, a TV .
The room is quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom modern and clean with good shower pressure !
There is one French guy and also a Swiss girl who are both professional.

The flat is 200metres from Edgware Road Tube. Short walk to Paddington Station or Marylebone Station. Hyde Park and RegentsPark are also very close. Bus stop 50m away 6, 16, 414, 98, 332, 7,23, 36, 27, 205.
We have near us M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose. All types of convenience stores nearby and Boris Bikes
Nuffield gym with pool 10mins walk, also 10 min walk to Oxford Street.
